Who We Are: Supply Service Center at USAG Humphreys

Supply Service Center (VSBL corp.) is a U.S. government relation vendor and SAM registration holder located at Bldg. 449, Washington Ave., Sentry Village, USAG Humphreys. We exist for one purpose: to make it simple for units and offices on the peninsula to get the supplies and services they need.

Since September 2023 our team has handled more than 4,700 quote requests from hundreds of units, sections and offices. Every one of those requests taught us something about how procurement actually works on an installation — the paperwork, the voltage questions, the delivery constraints and the deadlines that do not move.

A catalog built from real requests

VSBL Shopping now lists more than 5,000 products across ten categories, from office supplies and ink & toner to IT products, safety, medical, industrial equipment, furniture, construction materials and custom products. Most of these items were added because a buyer asked for them first.

Behind the catalog is a network of more than 150 suppliers. When an item is not listed, we can source it: send us the specification or a reference link and we will come back with a formal quote.

Conference systems such as the Logitech Rally Plus are among the IT items we source for command and staff offices.

We are on the installation. Being located at USAG Humphreys means we understand base access, building numbers and delivery points, and we can coordinate hand-over directly with the requesting unit.

We quote in USD with clear line items. Each quote lists item, specification, quantity and unit, so your approving official can review it without guesswork. If the requirement changes, we issue a revised quote with a revision number instead of starting over.

We check the details that cause returns. Plug type and voltage (110V US or 220V Korean), consumable yields, model compatibility and installation scope are confirmed before an order is placed — details you will see spelled out on our product pages.

More than products

In addition to catalog items we support job orders such as equipment installation and light construction work, as well as customized products like frames, signage and unit items. These are scoped individually and quoted as a single package.

Buyers representing a U.S. federal department, agency, military service, or a state or local government organization can register for an account. After email verification, our team reviews and approves each account so we can link it to your existing records.
